Hey, I’m Sophie, founder of Settled Advocacy. My journey into buyer’s advocacy started after working with a Buyer’s Agent myself. The experience was an eye-opener and transformed what could’ve been overwhelming into something empowering. With my love for property and a sharp eye for strategy, I knew I could take it even further—re-engineering the process to be simpler, smarter, and more enjoyable for others.
My background spans finance, commercial management and consulting. I’m big on the details, negotiate with confidence and make complex processes feel effortless. As a former change manager, I’ve walked people through major life transitions–and buying property is no different. You deserve a seamless, stress-free path to a home or investment that truly fits.

AARON LEPOIDEVIN
I’m Aaron, Advisor to Settled Advocacy. I bring my property expertise and network to support Sophie.
I bought my first investment property at 19, and from there, my passion for property only grew. From purchasing, building, and renovating, I’ve been immersed in the real estate industry from many angles–including investing in a proptech startup that helps property managers streamline inspections and has had great success in the US.
After moving to Sydney, Sophie and I fell in love with the Balmain Peninsula. We bought, renovated, upgraded, and settled here—all while growing our family. I know firsthand how complex the process can be.
With a background in business and law, and being in a busy executive role myself, I’m passionate about seeing ambitious professionals secure their dream property, offering strategic insights that save time, money, and stress in the process.
